European law does not prohibit the purchase or sale of cannabis seeds. In many countries, they can also be used as a food product for various recipes.
The EU focuses only on cannabis plantations: industrial cultivation is permitted under Regulations 2013/1307/EU and 2014/639/EU, provided THC levels stay below 0.2%. However, cultivating cannabis seeds at home is regulated by each country’s national law.
