These terms govern purchases made on this site by a consumer. Purchases are reserved to people aged 18 or over. The seller is ECOMMERCE SPACE S.R.L., with its registered office at Via D’Ascanio Corradino 4, 20142 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT and tax number 11284250963, REA MI-2591817, Milan Companies Register. The email for customers, complaints and the exercise of rights is info@sensoryseeds.com. Returns are sent to the same registered-office address.
Each order is a sale contract of its own. It is not a subscription and it has no duration beyond delivery and the rights provided by law.
1. Products, price and order
The goods are those described on the product page at the time of the order. Seeds are sold as collectibles, as described on the page.
Before sending the order the customer sees the total price, taxes included, and the delivery cost. When a price is reduced, the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the reduction is shown.
The customer can complete the purchase without registering an account. Registration is optional. Before the payment button the customer sees the order summary and can correct the data entered. After the order is sent, the seller sends a confirmation email to the address given by the customer.
If a product in the order is unavailable, the seller informs the customer and refunds the price of that product. If no goods in the order are delivered, the seller also refunds the shipping cost paid.
2. Shipping
The indicative delivery time is 24 or 48 hours. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. In any event delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, unless a different deadline is agreed.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the customer only when the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
The shipping cost depends on the delivery country: €8.90 for Italy and Germany; €10.90 for France; €12.90 for Spain; €13.90 for Croatia, the Czech Republic and Slovenia; €15.90 for Ireland; €9.90 for the other countries served. The shipping price includes VAT. Shipping is free if the order total, after discounts, reaches €60.
Countries served: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Vatican City.
Not served: Corsica and the French overseas territories; the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands; Madeira and the Azores; Ceuta and Melilla. The Principality of Monaco is served.
If a country or a territory is not among those served, checkout does not offer delivery.
3. Payment
Payment is made by credit card. Payments made on the site are processed by Weldpay, an authorised payment service provider, in a secure environment compliant with PCI DSS and Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2). ECOMMERCE SPACE S.R.L. does not store and does not have access to the full card data. Weldpay handles them.
The order is sent with the button «order with obligation to pay», or an equally clear formula. With that button the customer accepts these terms and undertakes to pay.
4. Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and without penalty, within 14 calendar days. The period runs from the day on which the consumer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the goods. If the goods of the same order arrive in several deliveries, the period runs from possession of the last goods.
For contracts concluded on this site, withdrawal can be made with the function in the footer of every page, labelled «Withdraw from the contract here». The function stays visible and reachable throughout the withdrawal period. The customer states their name, the contract they withdraw from, and the electronic means on which they want to receive confirmation. Confirmation is labelled «Confirm withdrawal». After confirmation, the seller sends, on a durable medium, an acknowledgement with the content of the withdrawal and the date and time of transmission.
Withdrawal can also be made with the form below, sent to info@sensoryseeds.com, or with another explicit statement to the same address. A signature is added only if the form is completed on paper. Online withdrawal and the form sent by email do not require a handwritten signature.
If the withdrawal does not depend on a defect in the product or on an error by the seller, and it is not one of the cases in the next paragraph, the cost of sending the goods back is borne by the customer. The customer sends the goods back within 14 calendar days of communicating the withdrawal. The goods are sent to the registered-office address.
If the parcel is refused, if the customer is absent twice in a row, if the parcel is held, or if it is not collected and comes back, the cost of that return stays with the seller.
If, during withdrawal, the customer handles the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and the value of the goods decreases, the customer is liable for that decrease. Opening a sealed capsule can decrease the value. The refund can be reduced by the corresponding amount. No percentage is fixed.
If the product is defective or the error is the seller’s, the customer sends the goods back after the seller authorises it. The seller also refunds the shipping costs.
The seller refunds all payments received, without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of being informed of the withdrawal. On withdrawal from the whole order, the seller also refunds the cost of ordinary delivery. The seller does not refund the extra cost of a more expensive delivery chosen by the customer. The refund uses the same means of payment. A different means is used only if the customer expressly accepts it and bears no cost. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until proof that the customer has sent them back.

5. Legal guarantee
The seller is liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The legal guarantee lasts at least two years. The remedies are, in the cases provided by law, repair, replacement, price reduction and termination of the contract.
6. Reviews
A review can be published even if the person who writes it does not appear as a purchaser.
7. Complaints
Complaints are sent to info@sensoryseeds.com. The seller replies without undue delay.
8. Applicable law
Italian law applies to the contract. The mandatory protections of the consumer’s country of residence remain, where the law recognises them.
For a dispute with a consumer, the court of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled has jurisdiction, where the law so provides.
9. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, at /privacy-policy/. Cookies are described in the cookie policy, at /cookie-policy/. Acceptance of these terms is not consent to cookies or to promotional communications.
